Custom Requests

All the time, don't you find certain items from the current season ONLY available in the US, but not in your country?  Or, even the items are available in your country, but the prices are much higher when compared to the US ones?  That's why we do offer "Custom Request"!

Custom Request is available to all the items found on the company's official websites or from its authorized retailers.  These are all "Pre-Order" items.  And, here's how it works:

1.  Check out the company's official website, and let us know the item/model number(s) and color you prefer by E-mail.
2.  Once we received your E-mail, we will send you a quote (including 9.75% sale tax + our 10% service charge of the retail price + 4% PayPal fee of the total amount), with the shipping and handling fees.  Items will be shipped by USPS 1st-Class Mail or Priority Mail.
  • For example: 1 Coach Handbag at $238.  Your payment is: $238 x 1.0975 + [$238 x 10% Service Charge] + $32 1st-Class Mail + [($238 + $23.80 + $32) x 4% PayPal Fee] = $329.69
3.  Once you confirm to make the purchase, we will check the availability.  Then send us your PayPal E-mail address, and we will send you an invoice thru PayPal for a 50% non-refundable deposit.  Payment is expected within 24 hours.
4.  Once payment is cleared, we will purchase the item(s) for you either from the company's official website or store.
5.  When the order is ready to be shipped.  You will receive another invoice thru PayPal for the 50% remained balance.
6.  Once payment is cleared, the order will be on its way to you!

Out of Stock / Backorder
If you take too long to make the deposit, item(s) may be out of stock or backordered.  If that is the case, unless you are agreed with the backorder, the Custom Request will be cancelled.  Payment, minus $1 transaction fee, will be refunded thru PayPal.

Price Change
If the price changes due to the expiry of a promotion, we will send you an updated quote before making the purchase for you.
